Personnel, Contacts & Company Management Introduction
In this section, you can learn how to manage your workers’ contact information, location, skill profiles, and active work region(s), as well as the contact information for your clients, suppliers, and any other external contacts or companies.
KAIE’s universal contact information management is contained within its Contacts module. Here, you can manage the contact information for all internal staff, and external contacts.
The Companies module allows you to keep track of office locations and contact information for both your own organisation, and your clients and/or suppliers.
In the Users module, you can manage your workers’ skill profiles and work region profiles in order to make team selection faster, and easier.
